Vote By Mail: What's Happening?
Voting by mail remains safe and available, but voters should be aware of:
Delivery risk (how long USPS takes)
Postmark risk (must be dated on time)
Recommendations for Voters
Mail ballots as early as possible. If mailing close to Election Day, request a manual cancellation mark at the post office.
You can also return ballots:
At the Board of Elections
In Tioga County’s secure drop box
At any Election Day poll site
Via a trusted person (family, friend, candidate, campaign)
