Be heard! Reach out to your elected officials via phone, postcards, or by attending a public meeting, campaign rally, or protest. Our presence and persistence are integral to preserving our rights, our values, and our democracy.
Here are three things you can do in June to take action:
Make some phone calls! The 5calls.org app puts you in direct contact with your representatives and presents a list of issues and helpful scripts to help communicate your opinion about pending legislation.
Postcard Campaigns! For the cost of postage, you can share your thoughts about the current administration and their attempts to limit the rights and well-being of their constituents. Try Markers for Democracy, Card Campaign, Postcards to Voters, Blue Wave Postcard Movement or Postcards to Swing States for inspiration and opportunities to participate in a campaign.
Attend an Event!
